Joshua Nolan Moore, six year-old son of Jason and Christina Moore, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 24, 2013. With the deepest sadness we acknowledge his passing, as we remember with love, joy and gratitude his beautiful life.
Joshua was a kindergarten student in Sueanne Campbell鈥檚 class, and had also been in Mara Covan鈥檚 Morning Garden, and Susan Sassaman鈥檚 Star Garden.
Sueanne told her kindergarten class a beautiful story as the class prepared for Joshua鈥檚 passing. . David Sewell McCann, a professional storyteller and parent in our school, also created and recorded a story in honor of Joshua: 鈥淭he Hemlock Tree Elf.鈥 You can listen to it at .
Below is Joshua鈥檚 obituary, from his family:
鈥淛oshua was born in Burlington on Aug. 10, 2007. At a very young age, Joshua became interested in music and developed into a drummer extraordinaire. He also loved rescue vehicles and fire trucks, spending many hours watching the St. Michael’s fire department practice behind his home and doing some training of his own. Joshua had a budding interest in being a pilot and logged his first hour of flight training for his sixth birthday. Joshua was a bright light of joy to all who knew him, including hundreds of friends in the St. Michaels College and Sisters of Mercy communities, as well as the 麻豆原创 in Shelburne where Joshua attended kindergarten.

Parking is available near the Ross Sports Center at the east entrance to the college. Visiting hours are at the family home on Dalton Drive in Colchester on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Arrangements are in the care of Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Directors.
