We have been parents of children at LCWS for 16 years, with just one full year remaining before we are alumnae supporters! This school is where I have found my close, dear friends, my people. We have learned to parent together with the support of our devoted class teachers, other faculty and staff. We鈥檝e shared Continue reading.

Snow Queen
Thank you to all the Snow Queens and Kings for so many years of blissful appearances! I have been helping to make the Holiday Fair happen for over 13 years, and I have yet to enter the Crystal Cave. It looks like paradise in white. (Lisa Espenshade)
Beyonc茅 performs at LCWS
Gregory Foster (yes, truly), Carol Reed and I singing “Hard to Say Good-bye” as the Dreamgirls (I am Beyonc茅, in case there’s any confusion) for the 8th Grade in 2008. (Meredith Markow)

Rainforest Run
Remembering the sheer joy and friendship within the class, and the traditions, like the Rainforest Run, that held and continue to hold everyone together remains a warm spot in my heart. (Sharon Richards)

Freedom!
I remember taking this photo like it was yesterday. It was summertime and my girls came to the grade school with me to feed the chickens. There was no one else at school, and it was hot. As we were leaving they started to dance across the campus, pretending to be birds. I felt so Continue reading.
The Grade School’s Secret Room
This is so cool, an early model of the grade school building. The building was designed as a horseshoe, with the idea that it would continue on, and a high school would complete the arc. Looks like there had been a plan for a second story, which was not built. But there is a secret Continue reading.
